BREATHWORK is BREATHING EXERCISES
which have a therapeutic influence on one’s mental, emotional and physical state.
Many different cultures have harnessed the power of the breath over many centuries and modern BREATHWORK has its roots in yoga practice.
In our modern world, many people suffer from anxiety, stress, panic attacks, nervous disorders, troubled sleep etc..
With BREATHWORK we aim to counteract ‘shallow breathing’ which often happens during panic attacks or heightened states of anxiety, when the oxygen and carbon dioxide levels are disrupted. This can lead to dizziness, rise in body temperature, sweating, loss of focus and concentration which then increases anxiety, panic or nervousness.

We can control our body and mind by taking control of our breath and easing these symptoms immediately.

We perform gentle and dynamic breathing exercises, depending on your needs and we can cater to specific problems or issues.

No! Nothing at all. BREATHWORK sessions fit easily into your life at anytime, any place, completely hassle free and when you have a spare 15minutes.

BREATHWORK SESSIONS
Sessions timings: 15-20mins
We offer either regular or ad-hoc BREATHWORK sessions, which take place at your school/ office/studio/home at a time of your convenience.
This can be during lunch-times, mid-morning, end of the workday or as part of a staff away day or corporate retreat.
Our Founder, Christine Walker-Tate,
is an experienced Yoga & Breathwork instructor.
Under her guidance, we will navigate you through each session with personalised attention and support.
